Charlotte knew what I meant every time before I said it. Every time she was one step ahead and her ideas were a hit. Her dedication was boundless. When I told her that things were going to be completely different, she shouted enthusiastically, “Now it’s going to be great fun!”

I would really like to recommend Charlotte to everyone. What a lovely person! She understood exactly what I wanted. Thought along well and came up with the most original ideas! I didn’t dare dream that the end result would be this beautiful! And what patience Charlotte had to have with me.
